Who this applies to

Espo Studio is the website design service of Espo.ai. This notice covers www.espo.studio and the inquiries you send through this site. Client websites linked in our portfolio have their own practices.

When you get in touch

Our form asks for your name and email. You can also share a company, phone number, current website, and project details. We use that information to respond, review your site when requested, and discuss the work with you.

Your inquiry is stored in our CRM, with a follow-up record for our team. We send a confirmation to the email you provide and notify the people handling your inquiry. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts.

Please keep passwords, payment details, and other sensitive personal information out of the form.

The services that help us respond

We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase for our CRM data, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for internal team text notifications. Team alerts can include your contact details and a link to your inquiry. These services process information needed to perform those functions.

Our hosting and delivery services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and delivery status, to operate the site, diagnose problems, and limit abuse.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, where visits come from, and whether visitors start or successfully submit an inquiry. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company, or message as analytics event data. Page measurements exclude query strings and fragments.

Google Analytics uses cookies after you allow it. Our analytics choice is off until you choose to allow it. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup. Declining analytics does not affect the contact form.

What your browser remembers

We save your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. To avoid duplicate inquiries after a connection problem, we also keep a random submission identifier and a digest in session storage. That retry record does not contain your form details and is removed after a successful submission.

Your inquiry record and requests

We use inquiry records to follow up and manage our working relationship. If you want to ask about your information, correct it, request its deletion, or change how we contact you, email matthew@espo.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
