A property decision includes the place around it. San Luis Obispo is the starting point for this website, with separate paths for exploring homes, buying, selling and getting to know the surrounding communities.
The design direction
Coastal imagery, generous editorial typography, fine contour details and restrained orange-and-blue accents give the design the character of local field notes. Property and community pages continue the same visual language.
What we delivered
The linked preview combines brokerage information, a Chris Strand introduction, buyer and seller guides, source-dated property content and community material. Home-value inquiries open a conversation, while home search links to the brokerage’s existing search provider.
